Dear Members and Friends of SagarPare,
Our Saraswati Puja is coming up. We hope to see you all there.

Doors Open - 9:30am
Saraswati Pujo - 10:30am
Pushpanjali - 12:00am
Cultural Function - 12:30pm
Lunch – 2:00pm
Participation in Cultural Function (youth):
We invite proposals to perform in the cultural function by our youth (ages 6-18). Please send your proposal to Bipasha Bose at bbose3008@gmail.com latest by Saturday Feb 3.
To manage time, we request you to limit your proposed participation to less than 10 minutes (including any set up time). Please include in your proposal if you will need any special arrangements. Once we have your proposals, we will contact you to confirm.
Participation in Arts event (youth):
We will also have a Boshey Anko (sit-and-draw) event for all interested youth (6-18). Participants will be asked to choose from different themes provided by the organizers. The themes will be unveiled only at the venue. We will provide the paper. Please get your own drawing supplies like pencils, crayons etc. For any questions, please contact Bipasha Bose at bbose3008@gmail.com.
Haateykhari
For anyone interested in doing “haateykhari” for their kids, please arrive before Pushpanjali and identify yourself to the volunteers on stage. Please also bring a small chalkboard and chalk if you can.
Registration:
We request you to register at the following link by Fri Feb 9. There is no cost for registration. We need the registration only to estimate the number of attendees and avoid wastage of food and other supplies. https://form.jotform.com/240183410001233

Donations are humbly requested but are voluntary. Donations to be made to SagarPare by cash, check, or electronic transfer (no credit cards). Please interac or e-transfer the donation amount to paysagarpare@gmail.com and write your full name, "Saraswati Puja 2024" and donation amount in comments while making the payment.
